Responsibilities:
oAccurately posts cash receipts from the JPMorgan Chase Receivables Edge lockbox, ACH and wire transactions, and credit cards. As necessary, contact customers to determine how to apply payments when information is not provided.
oPromptly advises Customer Service as needed on orders that require
communication
with the customer in regard to access-type products such as e-learning and CBT exams.
oParticipates in the collections process by making collection efforts in the form of emails and phone calls to customers and by diligently tracking all collection communications so that if accounts are escalated to Manager, can provide the entire history of collection efforts.
oProcessing of invoices for Business Development and Local Network courses, Advertising, Sponsorships, Conference products, and other miscellaneous contracts or items.
oPerforms research on A/R system transactions as directed by manager and is able to accurately report the full audit trail of the transaction by interpreting data in the A/R system.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
