Our client located in Scottsdale is looking for an Email Technical Specialist
Reporting Relationship
Organizationally to IT (Development Manager), functionally to Marketing (email marketing manager).
Primary Purpose of Position
The IT eMail Technical Specialist serves Marketing departments by implementing email templates, designing and developing technical solutions (dynamic content creation, schedules and reporting) for email campaigns and ensuring that all email campaigns are scheduled and operating properly.

They will work on a cross functional team, contributing technical expertise and effort, while developing and cultivating customer relationships and suggesting new ways of working. Additionally, they are responsible to follow all departmental governance.

Duties and Responsibilities
Set up email campaigns in the email marketing management tool(s), based on business requirements, and implement them per schedules
Proactively set up processes and reporting, and monitor these to make sure that emails are going out as planned and when not, communicate to appropriate stakeholders.
Create and manage the data/file schema for emails to support efficient reporting and analysis.
Take a lead role in working with the email marketing team to analyze results and make recommendations.
Stay current with best practices and recommend new ideas and solutions to the email marketing team.
Create solutions in a structured manner, according to specifications and using best practice techniques
Provide timely delivery of work products following an approval cycle and launch plan
Maintain (respond to break fix tickets) existing email campaigns ensuring schedules and content are accurate
Minimum 3 years of related experience required.
Proven attention to detail, and proofing skills that ensure highest quality output on deliverables
Expert at managing multiple priorities, changing deadlines and unplanned work assignments
Project management exposure and experience a plus
Ability to learn new technologies/applications quickly.
Proven interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and prioritization skills a must.
Direct to consumer marketing experience a plus.
Proficiency in the Silverpop Engage tool suite, or equivalent enterprise email campaign toolset required.
Ability to manipulate raw HTML code
Technical expertise in HTML development
Exposure to various technologies such as Web Content Management, web design & navigation, site search optimization, SQL and data interfaces a plus.
Experience with HTML/CSS a plus
Knowledge and Skill
Software knowledge required for this position:
Problem Solving /Decision Making
This role requires delivery under tight schedules, with great emphasis on meeting deadlines. Time management and the ability to multi task are key attributes of the successful candidate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and follow up with clients is key.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
