Position Summary/Purpose:

Manage large client base portfolio to determine credit-worthiness and extend lines of credit
Conduct credit reviews and maintenance of accounts.


Primary Responsibilities/Accountability/
Essential Functions:

Grant credit approval and evaluate credit risk while determining appropriate credit lines for new customers
Credit review by performing periodic credit analysis on existing customers and make recommendations for increase or decrease in credit exposure
Communication with Sales and our Customers
Analyze customer financial statements
Monitor customer payment trends to determine risk
Run Experian reports
Special projects as needed

Business Knowledge, Skill Requirements, and Desired Attributes:

Results oriented credit professional with a solid record of accomplishments
International credit experience a plus
Credit evaluation experience with B to B customers from sole proprietors to Corporations
Familiarity with Experian Credit repository reports, financial statements and letters of Credit
Strong business professional communication skills
Ability to prioritize and work both independently and as part of a team
Confident, detail-oriented and willing to take initiative.
Knowledge of the Fair Credit Act
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to Multi-task
Intermediate Excel and Word skills


Education: Some college preferred.

Experience: Five
years of experience in commercial credit and collections preferably in the manufacturing industry Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
