Client Deliverables Specialist (healthcare)

The Client Deliverables Specialist position is responsible for the generation and processing of Outtake Files to include Member/PCP Medical Record Request Fulfillments and Client Uploads. This position will reconcile, safeguard, and prepare Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and other outtake files for delivery to external customers and vendors in accordance with formatting / packaging procedures and adherence to Protected Health Information (PHI) governance.
POSITION
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all deliverables; PCP Summary Reports and Member Requests, to assigned client(s).
- Generate, process and balance outtake files as needed for pre-audit and final Invoicing.
- Prepare and package files and HRAs for delivery to external customers, to include formatting and naming conventions verification, with adherence to established sFTP and mailing procedures for safeguarding PHI.
- Process PCP Summary Reports using established criteria / procedures, including PDF pull and Client Report.
- Coordinate and manage the Member Request process for medical records.
- Answer Medical Records queue and communicate with / across various Matrix departments as needed to respond.
- Process, correct, and assign HRA exceptions.
- Perform 'Available HRA Search' for addition to current invoicing.
- Order and audit Invoices. Assign/Re-assign Invoice Dates in accordance with scheduled and off-cycle Client Delivery dates.
- Perform post-Invoice audits to identify and resolve discrepancies incurred between Invoicings.
- Problem solve report generation and balancing errors, to include correction/coordination of file correction.
- Archive PDF and outtake files as appropriate.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary.
Working hours: Monday- Friday 7:30AM-3:30PM
Required Skills and Abilities
--Two years experience in healthcare environment, business services and / or customer service preferred.
--Strong problem solving / critical thinking skills.
--Practiced in safeguarding Protected Health Information (PHI) procedures.
--Professional interpersonal skills and a collaborative teamwork style.
--Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis in Excel.
--Educational Requirements, High School Degree or GED equivalent required.
