We currently have a full time position for an Network Engineer IV that can report out of our AZ location. OneNeck IT Solutions employs approximately 650 people throughout the U.S. The company offers a full suite of IT solutions including cloud and hosting solutions; ReliaCloud(TM) enterprise cloud services; managed services; ERP application management; professional services; and IT hardware. OneNeck owns and operates four Tier 3 data centers in Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin and manages two Tier 2 data centers in Arizona.
The Network Engineer IV is a senior level position that encompasses many network related administrative responsibilities. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in driving standardization of how customer and infrastructure networks are designed and deployed.
Contribute to the creation of policies and procedures around network administration.
Ownership of core infrastructure technologies.
Serve as technical contact responsible for network delivery including infrastructure and network availability for all network infrastructure both internal to MHD and customer infrastructure.
Acts as technical point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting of advanced network infrastructure issues.
Ongoing IT advisor responsible for technical direction of network infrastructure.
Acts as backup to other network engineers.
Intimately involved in new customer migrations and implementations.
Complex troubleshooting of technical network delivery issues.
Policy and procedure enforcement under the best practices established within the managed hosting LOB.
Work alongside their counterparts to troubleshoot advanced network infrastructure issues for all customers.
Perform installation, configuration, administration and tuning of many network infrastructure systems (see skills below).
Serve in an advisory role on ongoing improvements and enhancements to customer's network infrastructure.
Log Incident for any unplanned network outage reported by the Monitor System.
Log incident for Maintenance Task and/or Configuration Change being performed in Customer Environment.
Work directly with Customer to resolve reported issues, log all relevant details in the Incident, update their team of any relevant Changes to the environment, resolve and close the Incident or Incidents associated with the issue.
Escalate issues that cannot be resolved by the Network Engineer to the appropriate contact after gathering required details from the Customer

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher -OR- 4
years professional work experience.
7
years' experience in network support in a similar environment
_Other Qualifications_
Advanced skills in the following areas; CISCO, Palo Alto, and A10
Advanced knowledge of implementation, configuration and management of the following:
Routers
Switches
Content delivery systems (LB, CDN, etc)
Firewalls
Security appliances (IDS, IPS, etc)
Advanced network security and network architecture knowledge.
Advanced network management experience.
Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP.
Switching tech: LACP/VPC, STP/MSTP, VLAN, etc.
Demonstrable problem solving ability.
Ability to produce professional written communication.
Exposure to Windows Server Administration Experience is a strong plus.
Previous experience working in a NOC environment is a plus.
Familiarity with ITIL principles of Incident management is a plus.
Available to provide 24X7 system support

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
