We are seeking Recruiters for our North Scottsdale client to sit at their beautiful corporate office. This is a long-term temporary position and may have the possibility of permanant placement. You will be recruiting for company driver positions. The pay rate for this position is $20/hour. Mon - Fri 8 am-5pm
Responsibilites Include:
-Handle day-to-day interactions with educational, functional and diversity organizations to assist with recruiting and building pipelines of candidates
- Identify additional organizations, educational institutions, job boards and other groups to assist with the Company's talent acquisition, branding and diversity & inclusion efforts, with a focus on key roles.
-Facilitate and assist with career fairs and other recruiting activities as appropriate.
- Track results and make recommendations to capitalize on the most effective partnerships consistent with the Company's business and recruiting strategies.
- Source and pre-screen candidates for key roles with the Company and create candidate pipelines to support recruiters.
Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm
Qualifications Include:
- Professional and Can-Do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Prior work experience in a human resources, talent acquisition and/or diversity and inclusion role.
- Prior experience building relationships with external organizations on behalf of a company, educational institution, or volunteer group.
- Social media and other sourcing experience.
