Quality Inspector Sr.
Scottsdale, AZ

Must be capable of performing all duties of the Quality Inspector Staff job.
Individual would require minimal instructions or supervision to successfully complete assignments.
Inspects parts, materials, assemblies and equipment to determine compliance to specified requirements.
Performs Product inspection.
Performs Real time defect evaluation.
Prepares QA documentation (IDRs, DNs).
Verifies corrective action implementation.
Organizes and maintains QA CCR Books.
Performs housekeeping audits.
Verifies implementation of rework.
Generates and/or verifies traceability information.
Uses photography equipment.
Sets-up for electrical/mechanical tests using simple equipment.
Operates automated and monitors automated test equipment.
Interface:
Interfaces with coworkers and internal customers
Engineering and other departments
Occasional contact with suppliers
Must be able to travel 10% of the time.
Applicant must be a US Citizen.
Must have:
Knowledge of Electrical theory
Knowledge of ESD Control
Knowledge of Workmanship Standards
Knowledge of Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
Knowledge of Statistics and process control techniques
Knowledge of Operation of automated test equipment
Skill in Using PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel)
Skill in Use of basic mechanical measurement tools
Skill in Operation of various test equipment such as PIND, Fine Leak, Gross Leak
Interpersonal skills, conflict resolution skills
Skill in the set-up of basic electronic test configurations or mechanical test configurations
Education and
Experience: High School diploma or the equivalent is required. Associates degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical engineering is preferred. In addition, a minimum of five years of directly related experience is required. A minimum of seven years of experience is preferred. J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750 and X-Ray qualification certifications may be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
