We're searching for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Manager.
This person will manage a team of housekeepers.
Manage a team of efficient and high-quality House Cleaning Technicians, ensuring all are trained, effective, and adhere to our policies and procedures.
Conduct and/or schedule inspections after clean has been completed.
Provide feedback to team on inspections and find solutions if needed.
Manage the daily schedule for the team and be direct support for the housekeepers.
Occasional need to perform housekeeping and maintenance duties Travelling between homes is required and this position is field based most of the day.
Skills you'll need Experience in similar postion 2
years Computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices - Lap Top provided.
Availability to work Sunday through Saturday - no evenings and 2 days off per week.
Experience managing a team of employees Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls and texts Ability to work well under pressure and a great problem solver.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions Highly responsive and reliable Strong attention to detail Adhere to all company policies and procedures Job Types:
