Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Issue, track and file contracts as directed.
Issue, track and file change orders as directed.
Ensure all executed contracts are appropriately filed.
Experience with AIA, G702, and G703.
Process AP invoices.
Research and investigate incoming invoices and application for payments.
Research and investigate and a variety of issues for the accounting department.
Coordinate budget adjustments with construction team.
Set up and track start packages.
Track 20 day preliminary notices.
Track subcontractor/material wavers.
Review and audit subcontractor pay applications Create and keep vendor lists updated.
Assist in preparing monthly TPT return to Arizona Department of Revenue Assist in creating procedure manuals for consistent processes Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
3
years contract experience in the construction industry.
Preferably having experience working for a General Contractor.
Able to work in a fast paced environment Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize projects on a changing daily basis.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Able to pickup system quickly with a strong technical aptitude.
