Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
Identify and assess customer needs, striving for complete satisfaction.
Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, providing timely solutions and alternatives, with a strong commitment to follow-up.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Drive efficiency in our customer service process by implementing automation flows, optimizing help desk resources, and creating response templates.
Manage our review software, actively engaging with customer feedback to enhance our reputation and the number of positive reviews.
Stay updated with CRM software improvements and implement necessary changes.
Update our customer service handbook as needed to ensure best practices.
Provide monthly customer service reporting.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Typing speed of 50
words per minute.
Proven customer support experience or similar client service background.
Exceptionally strong communication and phone handling skills, with a focus on active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Zendesk or Gorgias.
Stellar multitasking abilities, effective prioritization, and time management skills.
