Responsibilities:
- Process in-house requests for material orders needed - Enter data into various databases and maintain accurate records - Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry - Verify data and correct any errors or discrepancies - Generate reports and perform data analysis using pivot tables in Excel - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, transcribing, and organizing documents - Process orders and ensure timely and accurate entry of order information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role - Proficient in using computerized systems and databases - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and perform data analysis - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of custom windows & doors a plus - Familiarity with various databases and data entry software - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong written and verbal communication skills As a service materials ordering representative , you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Your attention to detail, proficiency in data entry software, and ability to analyze data will contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
