Record Keeping, Bill Pay, Managing- Moving and Creating Files in WORD and DropBox.
This job is in my home in Arcadia, Scottsdale.
you will have your own office.
The job can increase to 2 days a week after a trial period.
Do not apply if you are more than 20 minutes commute from Arcadia or cannot work business hours any day Monday-Friday.
Other duties include managing insurance, leases, and maintenance scheduling for three homes and two rentals.
Some Personal Assisting history and computer skills required.
