Description
- Lead and manage all aspects of mission critical construction projects, from initiation to closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual agreements.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks.
- Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in construction project management, with a focus on mission critical facilities.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of construction best practices, building codes, and regulations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
