Arizona Center For Laser Dentistry is hiring a full-time Dental Receptionist for a long-term position.


Who We Are

We are a father - son practice with 60 years of combined experience in dentistry. Our practice offers laser, general and cosmetic dentistry as well as Gentlewave root canals and specializing in TMJ services. Who We're Looking For

Our ideal receptionist would be super friendly, positive, enthusiastic, punctual, takes initiative, has basic dental knowledge, can adapt to busy times and changes in the daily routine, multitasking with the ability to prioritize, computer experience, and works well with others. Microsoft Office, Eaglesoft, and Revenue Well knowledge is a plus, but not required. Interested applicants can send their resume to

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients with a smile
  • Organize waiting room, coffee bar, patient restroom
  • Incoming/outgoing calls, emails, text messages
  • Maintain a full schedule for three providers
  • Communicate patient arrivals & changes
  • Manage patient forms, charts, privacy
  • Check out patients and collect payment
  • Schedule & reschedule appts as needed
  • Support office manager w/office tasks

#CBEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
