Here are just a few of the responsibilities and not limited to:
You'll be the right hand person to the owner of the company.
Schedule meetings, set appointments and take care of meeting details.
Handle all social media via Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and LinkedIn and blog when required. Promote the company through all social media.
Order all office supplies when required.
Answer office phones.
Attend social networking events when required.
Work closely with the scheduler and maintain client information.
Enter in all credit card information, client information all in a confidential nature.
Enter various data into the industry specific software.
Skills:
Computer savvy, you know you're way around social media.
MS office suite, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Mail Chimp for email marketing.
Awesome phone voice.
Helpful and sincere.
Salaries and
Benefits:
Salary for this role is in the mid 30's to $42K. The company offers a raise after the first 90 day probationary period. The company is generous with their employees. Room for growth with this fun company.
The company offers fully paid benefits, 401K match up to 3%, paid time off, one week paid vacation after the first year. Medical and dental.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
