Job Duties: Take leadership role in the design, development and management of SAP systems, policies, practices and standards. Research new and better ways of solving business problems using SAP Technologies. Provide daily support of SAP environments (EEC, BW, EP, XI/PI, GRC, BOBJ, HANA, SolMan) to troubleshoot system performance problems, tune, apply support packs and enhancement packs, release upgrades or potential system installations. Maintain multi-landscape environments through environment copies, system refreshes, and transport management utilizing Change Management. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the companys SAP applications owners, IT infrastructure tam and OS, Network and DBA teams. Mentor and provide technical guidance to other administrators, systems analysts, programmer analysts and applications. Build data driven platforms using distributed computing, large data processing, Enterprise scale analytics platforms and other relevant technology areas. Design, deploy and manage high availability IT infrastructure solutions for large enterprises. Utilize experience with Storage Technologies, Network and other relevant foundational technology areas. Responsible for building an ERP solution from ground up and making it operational and Technology Architecture dealing with large enterprise applications, databases, and ERP systems. Work in a team environment.
Minimum Requirements: Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a programmer analyst or software engineer or Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience as a programmer analyst or software engineer.
Special Skill Requirements: Experience must include the following: five (5) years of engineering and operational experience in large enterprise SAP and non-SAP environments; experience with distributed computing, large data processing, large ERP systems; Enterprise scale analytics platforms; designing, deploying and managing high availability IT Infrastructure solutions for large enterprises; Storage Technologies including replication, backup and recovery methodologies; Network Technologies, including load balancers (GTMs and LTMs). Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
