Job Description
Fastrack Cargo and Blue Stallion are expanding. We are looking for several Class A CDL drivers to operate Reefer Trailers.
We are a family operated company based in Arizona where our drivers are valued and our biggest asset.
Job Requirements
Basic driver qualifications include:
Minimum 23 years of age
Current, Valid non-restricted Class A CDL drivers license (other than for glasses, hearing aid)
Safe driving recordwith at least 2 years of driving experience preferred
Successfully pass a D.O.T. physical; and a controlled substance test in accordance with the FMCSR
Safe driving record:
Limited number of preventable accidents in the last 36 months, No DWI, DUI, reckless or careless violations on driving record
Pay
First year average $--
Paid between .50 and .58 cents per mile depending on experience and driving record.
Paid Weekly / Direct Deposit
Longevity Bonus paid annually every anniversary ($1,000)
Every Clean DOT inspection - $100 (UNLIMITED)
Monthly Safety Bonus - $100 (Potential $1,200)
Driver referral ($500) per driver after 90 days (UNLIMITED)
Wellness Bonus up to ($130) per quarter and ($520) annually

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Verify correct product and accessories for delivery or return
Observe DOT Hours of Service regulation and maintain accurate log
Follow equipment and product security policies
Ensure delivery schedule is followed
Safely operate delivery vehicle
Document all vehicle movement on daily route sheets
Conduct daily inspection of assigned delivery vehicle to ensure safety and proper maintenance
Other tasks as assigned by management
