We're actively looking for amazing people like you to join our team! Nextiva is seeking a Partner Services Director to join our professional services organization. This leader will recruit, incubate, and manage partner relationships who sell and deliver Nextiva products and professional services SKUs. They will also work with partners whom Nextiva re-sells and ensure proper communication channels and programs for when the Nextiva professional services delivery team needs support. They are responsible for building and owning the partner professional services capacity plan that maps to achieving new services delivery capacity and staff augmentation for these partners while also ensuring Nextiva's products are delivered and installed with high value and AMAZING service. This leader will be well versed in the hosted communication and collaboration market and will be fluent in their understanding of the company's portfolio of solutions and services, to help position newly activated partners to deliver Nextiva implementation services at scale for their customers. This leader has skills in building sales relationships, empathy for partners & their customers. Training, certifying, and holding professional service delivery partners accountable to Nextiva's delivery value and standards. This leader has previously built professional services partner delivery functions for rapid scale and global expansion. Key
Responsibilities:
Work intimately with our existing enterprise partners to coach them how to create/augment their own professional services delivery function for delivering Nextiva professional service SKUs Equally, work with our existing enterprise partner base on how to deliver Tier 1 support of Nextiva's products. Create partner escalation Paths into Nextiva Identify and prospect new potential services delivery partners with an appetite to join the Nextiva channel ecosystem Implement programs for partners to be certified to deliver Nextiva professional services Implement internal programs / SKUs for partners to access our professional services consultants as an escalation point and/or managed services Build a business plan with each partner detailing mutually agreed upon partnership agreements, including how to promote Nextiva services to accelerate time to transaction and time to value Work closely with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, Training, In-Region Channel Managers, and Product teams to ensure all services support are outlined to drive maximum revenue and customer value Ultimate owner of quarterly partner services business plans Participate in QBR to report on health of Professional Services partner program Tightly align with the Channel Manager and Partner Development Manager in each territory to ensure premier partners continue to uphold delivery standards and QoQ revenue growth
Qualifications:

approximately 50% Demonstrated track record of recruiting, training, coaching, motivating, growing, and retaining a successful group of channel professional services delivery partners Demonstrated track record of consulting existing partners on growing their own professional services delivery function Reference-able success of driving partner business and marketing strategy Ability to identify and prioritize opportunities and accurately forecast capacity Ability to assist with GTM Materials and work closely with Channel Marketing team Ability to communicate effectively and present to all organizational levels in small and large groups UCaaS/SaaS Product Portfolio and market knowledge Intermediate understanding of company financial measures, telecommunications industry, and indirect sales model Quickly establish internal and external productive working relationships and promote effective teamwork Proven record of growing and building a team Successful sales experience with Channel go-to-market motions for professional services Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter Strong organizational and time management skills Analytical thinker with proven ability to metric and govern
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account Management, Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
