The System Implementation Project Manager will be accountable for large scale rollouts of system's platforms in the Customer Success contact center operation including testing, training and communications. The Manager will own the initial release of the new case focused CRM application as well as the new omnichannel routing application. The Systems Implementation Manger will drive project progress to goal for schedule and overall program objectives. Key
Responsibilities:
Thorough ownership of platform program implementation Organization wide change management Development and stewardship of plan, project coordination and issue resolution Manage relationship and outcomes with hired systems integrator/project management vendor Project controllership and cross functional alignment Preservation of operational normalcy during rollout phases Hypercare/war room leadership in systems infancy Engaging enterprise level business focused projects aimed at enhancing Customer Success and Customer Experience Delivering results against defined scope of work and measuring for expected benefits
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' leadership experience in contact center systems implementation/contact center change management Experience with CRM, case management and contact routing required Project management certification a plus Strong analytical skills and proficiency with planning software tools and tactics Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills Proven experience delivering on program outcomes and goals Proficiency in contact operations measurement and analysis Skills in managerial reporting for contact centers and associated software tools
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
