Nextiva is seeking a UX research manager to join our growing team. As our UX Research Manager, you will help us establish a high-functioning research practice. You will work closely with product design, product managers, product marketing and engineers to develop and evolve a vision and strategy for establishing qualitative and quantitative best practices. You will bring insights into diverse research methodologies, while also building out the research team based on what's needed most. You will build customer groups, create feedback processes and work with engineering to acquire in product customer behavior trends by utilizing tools such as Pendo. You will report to the Director of Product Design. The ideal candidate is self-directed, humble, not afraid to ask questions, a team player, and is motivated to continually work towards the best possible solutions. S/he is an expert in visual communication, very proficient in research methods and can translate user feedback from stakeholders into actionable objectives for in-product training, design and product changes. UX research manager lives and breathes user experience , driven from working directly with customers to gain insight, to drive design and/or product changes and where necessary, develop interactive in-product training (Pendo). The coordination of these outcomes is key to this position. Key Responsibilities Manage UX researchers that are embedded within the product design teams. Manage internal and external UX to ensure the experience was deployed as designed Manage and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to determine, prioritize and implement usability findings and insights Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and customer facing stakeholders to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Implement usability testing to determine key areas of focus to improve internal and external user experiences Grow our user research and insights capability as our product teams and portfolio expand, establishing an effective and continuous user engagement process Plan, organize, execute and summarize user interaction sessions and workshops as necessary to support UX research activities Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research that deepens our understand of the user base for our product offerings, as well as change initiatives Collect and analyze user behavior through Pendo, analytics/server logs, online experiments (A/B testing), card sorting, benchmark studies, lab studies, and surveys Work closely with leadership, sales and operations to evangelize the benefits of research driven design Mentor, effectively communicate research insights & findings to product teams and stakeholders, leading with data-driven analysis, via written reports and oral presentations Work with product managers and designers to iterate on and refine the current user experience to enhance the product experience. Understand and respond to data (usability studies, user feedback and industry focus groups) to create product, design recommendations or in-product training (Pendo) changes. Where in-product training is needed, rapidly create deliverables. Tips, guides, journey mapping, training wireframes, mockups, video's, etc. Drive user testing and usability studies. Proficiency in Pendo (or equivalent) and experience managing and working with an in product training application Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Minimum of 8
years experience conducting UX research and analysis for software, SaaS solutions Substantial experience conducting semi-structured interviews and usability studies, both live and remotely Demonstrable experience analyzing user feedback in both qualitative quantitative formats:
user research, a/b tests and other data driven methodologies Ability to deliver quickly, reacting to tactical high impacting changes and switch quickly to being more strategic, project planning. Meticulous attention to detail in execution of consistent, compelling work Experience with agile development, excellent interpersonal, collaboration and organizational skills Excellent time and project management skills, excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. High proficiency in instructional writing as well as technical writing. Software Proficiency:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Marketing Research & AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
