We're actively looking for amazing people like you to join our team! Nextiva is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to join our organization. Channel Sales Managers win, maintain, educate, and expand relationships with their channel partners. The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability and partner recruitment objectives in the hosted communication and collaboration market. This role represents the entire range of Nextiva products and services to assigned partners as well as focusing on a specific solution or product in a vertical partner market. What you'll do:
Build Go-To-Market plans and investment strategies for a territory or partners Pipeline development with partners Enable and nurture channel partners to achieve success Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts Stay current on industry developments and to drive continuous improvement in sales skills and product knowledge Maintain an Amazing Service culture, starting from the customer's initial contact Develop a sense of urgency to close all customer conversations to beat the competition Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship Demonstrate proficiency with the use of Salesforce (sales stages, account, opportunity, quoting, and Salesforce reporting) Ensure partner compliance with mutually defined expectations Enforce good systems and tools hygiene for accurate forecasting and customer insight Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, technical and management resources to meet partner performance objectives and partner expectations Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources Connect and participate in industry forums or groups to stay on the leading edge of the industry and share best practices Quickly bounce back from setbacks by restoring performance to KPIs Necessary
Experience:
5
years of high-performance in Channel Sales in a SaaS, Networking, Hosting, Cloud or Telecommunications environment Demonstrated prior success in achieving measurable business goals in a high velocity sales environment Strong business acumen to understand and accurately represent the value of the Nextiva portfolio to potential customers and to their team members Experience in a fast-paced, high growth business environment Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, MS Word, MS Excel Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, at times on short notice
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
