Nextiva is seeking a Business Analyst who is responsible for supporting our Hardware organization through financial planning, needs forecasting, data modeling, reporting and analysis. As part of the Hardware team, you will provide business decision support by translating data into actionable insights and making recommendations. This is a highly visible role as you will provide critical decision-making support to the Senior Leadership Team Key Responsibilities Develop business models to better support key business decisions for hardware portfolio and supply chain Drive planning and business intelligence systems to report business performance Craft and enhance visibility of relevant KPIs necessary to measure hardware business performance Collaborate with hardware portfolio, shipping team, sales, and finance partners to prepare monthly volume and financial forecast by SKU, Vendor, product hierarchy segment, and sales channel Provide analysis and insight to finance team partners during month close process, including P&L reporting and variance analysis Ad hoc projects contributing to the growth of the organization Manage Hardware accountant staff responsible for reconciliation of end customer hardware orders with billing invoices from distribution partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline Experience managing supply chain financial analysis in business such as for a manufacturer, distributor, or reseller of physical goods 7
years' experience in FP&A or business analytics Continuous improvement mindset and proven exposure/experience to Six Sigma Lean projects and methods preferred Advanced modeling skills with Excel and other planning and visualization tools Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing startup environment A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations Ability to rapidly build business acumen by understanding business strategies and execution plans Comfortable analyzing large volumes of complex data and communicating findings in a simplified manner A focus on partnering, satisfied customers, and finding solutions to problems proactively Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Experience in PowerBI and Anaplan a plus
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Business AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
