Our General Manager is dedicated to building and maintaining a great team in order to provide all guests with a first-rate customer service experience.
Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement the day-to-day operations of the property Oversee property staffing to include recruitment & selection, orientation, training & development, scheduling, counseling, performance management and other team member relations issues Craft the budget for the property to include sales, marketing, operations and a strategic revenue management plan Lead the property management team to ensure that product and service quality standards are maintained Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to maintain standards set forth by company and property brand Maintain personal contact with guests, clients, and community organizations Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests and responding to all emergency situations Remain current on industry trends and local market activities What does success look like in this role? College degree or at least five years of related work experience in business management, hospitality or related field Strong customer service skills to include problem-solving and complaint resolution Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organized Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Reliability and honesty Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team Who is NCG Hospitality?NCG Hospitality is a real estate and hospitality leader with 25

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
