Summary:
As an HR Coordinator, you'll have the important responsibility of ensuring our new hires meet compliance guidelines before their first day of work.
This role is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires excellent customer service and communication skills.
You will help people navigate complicated new hire processes, so it's a must that our HR Coordinators are patient, polite, and committed to providing the best possible experience for all new hires.
Additional Details:
Primarily remote, work from home environment (in AZ timezone), with occasional Scottsdale office presence.

Handle incoming and outbound calls relating to the onboarding process and/or documents received Walk candidates through the application process Build rapport with candidates and establish regular communication throughout the onboarding process Prepare new hire packets Conduct I-9 verifications Issue pre-employment drug screen and background check and follow up with the applicants as needed Respond to managers with updates on new hire clearance status Ensure candidate records reflect current work status and correct demographic information Coordinate with the recruiting team and other support staff to ensure employees are adhering to local, state, and federal standards Skills You Will Need:
Experience in an office administrative or human resources position (administrative assistant, receptionist, data entry, etc.
) Customer service experience is a big plus A Bachelor's Degree (preferably with a focus on Human Resources) is preferred but not required Familiarity with MS Office suite and navigating other digital resources Excellent organization, time management, and customer service skills are a must Job Type:
