What You'll Be Doing Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for PSCs, Techs, RCM/CCS, and other HQ positions, including posting positions internally and externally, reviewing applications, screening candidates, and forwarding qualified candidates to hiring managers as needed.
Issue Offers of Employment for PSCs, Techs, RCM/CCS, and other HQ positions.
Issue Employment Amendments for PSCs, Techs, RCM/CCS, and other HQ positions.
Communicate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Conduct background checks for PSCs, Techs, RCM/CCS, and other HQ positions.

What You Bring to the Role Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Skilled in managing multiple tasks at once.
ATS & HRIS experience (Paycom preferred).
