is actively searching for dedicated and dependable individuals to join our team as Delivery Drivers in Phoenix, AZ.
We are looking for drivers who can ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our valued customers.

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Position:
NON-CDL Delivery Driver
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently transport goods along assigned routes using our reliable delivery vehicles.
Properly handle and secure items during the loading and unloading process.
Verify and reconcile delivery orders with customers to ensure accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service by professionally addressing inquiries and concerns.
Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle, promptly reporting any issues.
Adhere to traffic laws and practice safe driving techniques.
Follow delivery schedules and designated routes to ensure timely shipments.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and within specified deadlines.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age requirement:
21 years old.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in GPS and route optimization devices.
Physical fitness for lifting and maneuvering heavy packages (up to 50 lbs).
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.

Competitive pay at $1.
30/stop (on an average 140-180 stops/day) Paid Sick Leave Weekly pay schedule.
