This is a tremendous opportunity for the Customer Technical Support Engineer II who enjoys working with customers to solve challenging technical problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This position is based out of Scottsdale, AZ and is eligble to particpate in out hybrid work model.
Upon starting, you will learn about MFT, one of Axways industry-leading enterprise software solutions while becoming familiar with our worldwide support processes.
As your confidence builds, you will take ownership of support cases and the customer relationship.
This is a collaborateive role you will have the opportunity to work with Axways sales team, field consultants, the R&D organization and will be positioned well to drive customer success.
Qualifications:

years of experience in technical support or a related field Bachelors degree in computer science or related field Expertise in Networking, communication protocols, Operating Systems and Application Security Proficiency with database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server.
Knowledge of internet applications and transport protocols including SMTP, FTP, HTTP, SSH, SSL Previous experience with Axway and Tumbleweed products or related middleware technologies.
Proficiency with UNIX (Solaris, AIX, HP-UX), Linux and Windows platforms Expertise in MFT (Managed File Transfer) applications such as Secure Transport or Transfer CFT is a plus.
Experience with ticketing and CRM systems Optional Experience with programming languages including Java, Python or Perl Technical knowledge of Mainframe and/or AS400 operating systems Axway is an EEO and AA Employer- #LI-AG1 #LI-Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Work with little or no supervision to provide advanced complex troubleshooting assistance, problem replication / duplication, and diagnostic support Provide advanced technical support for both the application and environment including operating system, database, and network Lead accounts through complex issue resolution including customer meetings, status reports, and updates.
Maintains constructive relationships with customers even when issues arise Respond to phone, email, and web ticket customer issues within target service levels Act as a gateway between the customer and development teams; ensuring issues have met minimal requirements for escalation Maintain current working knowledge of Axway products and technology Document all customer contacts and activities in CRM Travel to customer sites to assist in problem diagnostics Perform after hours cell phone support on a rotating basis Recommended Skills Application Security Communication Communications Protocols Creativity Customer Relationship Management Customer Satisfaction Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
