Cobblestone Auto Spa is the leading Car Wash Operator in both Arizona and Denver with over 40 locations in each state.
While we are the industry leader in reinventing how a car wash operates, unfortunately on-site accidents are still part of the business.
To ensure our customers are receiving the top-notch customer service they have grown accustomed to.
We are looking to add an experienced Customer Claim Representative to the team to allow for these rare circumstances to be handled with the best care available.
Customer Claim Representative
Responsibilities:
Field all claims in a timely manner Review and examine claims for legitimacy Communicate all updates and instructions with customers in a timely manner while adhering to company guidelines Set up shop estimates with company approved vendors Negotiate costs with vendors to ensure we are protecting our bottom line Regular communication with upper management.
Detailing total company losses Additional duties as assigned by management Requirements:
Must have experience in handling customer claims.
Experience negotiating with repair facilities is a huge plus! Ability to remain calm in volatile situations Must be well organized and possess a strong attention to detail.
Stellar communication skills.
Both written and oral.

Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Claim Processing Communication Coordinating Customer Service Negotiation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
