Responsibilities:
Responsible for the oversight and management of the volunteer program including:
o Developing volunteer program policies and procedureso Management of the volunteer databaseo Referring prospective volunteers to available opportunities or when appropriate creating new opportunities Collaborate with staff and key volunteers o Assist with volunteer position description developmento Facilitate staff trainings when requested o Be a resource for dealing with possible volunteer dilemmasCollaborate with HR team on HR related issues as directedo Create and administer New Hire orientationso Work with staff to create/maintain current job descriptionso Actively participate in all HR meetingsManage the FRC Safe Environment programo Maintain and implement a Safe Environment program for the FRC o Maintain SET data base recordso Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities, juggle multiple tasks, and work independently as well as part of a teamo Good verbal and written communication skillso Mature, thoughtful and level-headed decision-making abilityo Ability to build relationships with the staff and communityo Ability to manage time wello Good conflict management skillo Strong commitment to the Franciscan Renewal Center mission
Qualifications:
Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organizationDemonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist or in a senior position in HR managementBachelor's degree in business management, HR management or related majorAbout Company:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
