Key Goals/Objectives/Activities:
oEngage key stakeholders within onsemi to develop customer level negotiation strategies, identifying areas of negotiation leverage that result in extracting value for onsemi oLead successful negotiations with key / value add global customers oStrategic collaboration and execution of customer pricing strategies between Business Unit and Sales oResponsible for gathering and understanding how to apply competitive intelligence to the teams pricing strategies and models in addition to helping the company make effective decisions about future actions oApplication of key performance indicators in driving change and performance improvement objectives oPartner with Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Finance to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue goals oAbility to make difficult decisions quickly with limited information maintaining confidence in oneself, peers, and account team Position Requirements:
oBachelor degree required (MBA preferred) in Marketing/Communications, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
oIdeal candidates would have experience in the electronics industry in product management, pricing specialist or commodity manager with firsthand customer negotiation experience oMinimum 10
years related experience oPrior experience demonstrating negotiation skills and techniques oStrong analytical capabilities; problem solving, decision making skills, number sensitive and detail minded oSuperior verbal and written communication skills required; including prior experience presenting to and influencing across organizational boundaries oSemiconductor industry experience preferred oTravel average less than 10%Employment at onsemi is contingent on providing verification of work authorization and verification of U.
