20 Nights EMR MatrixCommon diagnosis / Types of patients Overall low acuity - LTC geriatrics with managed, chronic medical coniditions like HTN, DM, COPD, Memory care - Alzheimers, Dementia; SNF - low acuity - post elective surgeries.
IV management, antibiotics, foley care, ostomy care, wound care, O2 therapy, feeding tubes.
No trachs, No vents.
Additional Notes This is a high-end facility; high level of customer service, professionalism and quality care is required.
Travelers are expected to be friendly, warm, engaged with residents.
