91/Hour This position is supporting the next generation in developing mission critical systems for our national defense.
You would be a part of creating the most effective and state of the art technologies for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, and other Federal Government agencies working with our military.

Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support security department functions Identify, prioritize and schedule work assignments that impact internal programs Create and maintain accurate records as assigned by management Fabricate, issue and receive company identification badges and maintains database accuracy Perform duties in an industrial security office to process and maintain personnel security clearances for employees and consultants Interview employees and consultants to verify accuracy of data and assists in the completion of government personnel security questionnaires and related documents Process incoming and outgoing classified visit arrangements and facility security verifications as required Verify clearance and safeguarding ability of associate contractors and subcontractors Process initial and updated security container documents and controlled area access lists Investigate and report database and file discrepancies to management Audit and control classified data and establishes a tracking methodology while keeping management informed of any deficiencies Ensure all required security-related paperwork is completed, filed and distributed properly Schedule security awareness briefings and educational training Provide instruction and assistance to all personnel in the conduct of security administration activities Participate in recurring government security audits Review required company and government security records and reports discrepancies to immediate supervision Respond to routine employee security matters and refers more complex issues to appropriate security supervision Maintain a computerized document control system, a periodic review system and tracks status work security issues with the Directorates and Offices in physical, personnel, operational, technical, information, industrial and information system security.
Coordinate and prepare Security Service Requests per Customer instructions Administering the security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.
07 series, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, and JSIG), as they relate to operating in a classified environment for:
personnel processing, media control, marking and control of documents / materials, security education, visitor control, destruction of classified.
Develop, prepare, and implement local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans, and proprietary test plans utilizing risk management principles.
Oversee the specialized procedures for the transmission of classified and/or proprietary material/information.
Maintain a visitor control program.
Other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Personnel Security Clearance up to and including the Top Secret level and required special program access with polygraph, if applicable Ability to pass all pre-screening requirements Ability to effectively document actions and circumstances General computer skills including standard business applications Ability to anticipate potential problem areas and resolve issues General understanding of policies and procedures including the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual Ability to follow instructions and guidance and possesses exceptional organizational skills Good customer service skills and ability to work independently Ability to maintain professional demeanor and behavior Ability to be discreet and able to maintain confidentiality Ability to actively participate within the security team and display positive behaviors Be successful in a fast-paced environment where priorities change constantly Must be able to multi-task Your Recruiter What to Expect What to Expect:
