About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an innovative Agile Product Owner to join our new healthcare business, Client's Accountable Care.
As a key player in the development of operational flows and reporting capabilities, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient care and reduce healthcare costs.
This role involves translating business objectives into technology requirements, leading Agile teams, and implementing process improvements.
If you're a proactive problem solver with a blend of technical depth and business acumen, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
Translate business objectives into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Lead Agile teams, facilitate refinement sessions, and set the direction for project sequencing.
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
Ideate and strategize in sessions to enhance operational capabilities continually.
Test application features for accuracy and defect-free performance.
Identify key trends through data analytics to drive informed business decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Healthcare experience, particularly in Provider Operations and Reporting.
Minimum 1 year of Agile methodology knowledge and interfacing with technology teams.
Advanced proficiency in tools like Jira, Jira Align, Confluence & SharePoint.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
