Position SummaryThe Manager, Patient Safety - Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), is a key position on the team that will drive the development and execution of existing programs as well as creating new and innovative programs designed to support to our pharmacies in the areas of Patient Safety.
This position requires strong collaboration skills as it is necessary to work cross functionally and influence our stores teams, field leadership and internal business partners.
This position will routinely interact with the following groups:
Enterprise Patient Safety Organization (EPSO), Patient Safety leaders from Mail, Specialty, Minute Clinic, and Coram, Legal, Compliance, Pharmacy Operations, IS, Pharmacy Merchandising, Quality, Professional Practice Standards, Retail Pharmacy Call Center, Field Leadership, and Payer Relations.
Required Qualifications 3
years of experience in pharmacy or leadership 3
years of experience in demonstrating attention to detail and ability to lead multiple work streams simultaneously with the ability to identify and readjust priorities as needed while consistently meeting deadlines 3
years of experience in collaborating with various leaders, organizations, and stakeholders across the industry and enterprise to help inform strategic initiatives, prioritization of efforts and formulation of specific projects to implement improvements within the retail organization 3
years of experience in a role that shows the ability for independent judgment, initiative, and confidence to share expert opinions 1
years of experience in managing a dynamic or complex workstream Ability to travel occasionally Preferred Qualifications 5
years of experience in pharmacy or leadership Strong executive presence with excellent communication and writing skills Experience with spreadsheets and presentation software, including knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word Exhibits leadership skills and has an established track record of successfully leading individuals/work streams EducationBachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is$63,300.
00 - $136,500.
00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
