MD or DO Degree Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (new grads welcome) Active and unrestricted AZ medical license Outpatient practice experience, preferred Proficient computer skills - MS Office Products (Word/Excel) and Electronic Health Records systems Excellent and compassionate communication skills with staff and patients Epic experience, preferred not required Who We AreEvernorth Care Group, the group practice division of CIGNA HealthCare of Arizona, is one of the Valley s largest multi-specialty group practices with over 20 offices located throughout metropolitan Phoenix.

The physician will provide primary care for Evernorth Care Group, patients deemed to fall within the scope of practice of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Diagnoses and treats patients for disorders on a general level, without restriction to special systems or regions of the body; serves as the general practitioner to patients for general diagnostic and therapeutic medical care.
