In this Weekend Home Health RN Nurse role, you will be providing in home high quality skilled nursing care to patients in the East Valley/West Valley area.
Under the direction of the Plan of Treatment established with a physician and with input from patient/caregiver, you will assist in ensuring a better way of living and healthy recovery.

Responsibilities:
Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and educationObserve and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physiciansFoster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their familiesExpand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
Other responsibilities will be assignedHaven Qualification Standards:
