In this role, you'll work closely with clients to analyze how their business is working today and help strategize improvements for tomorrow.
Youll dig-in deep to research, analyze data and extract insights to guide client strategy.
Youll provide support for your teammates to help achieve key outcomes for our clients.
Heres what a day in the life looks like:
Participating in internal team meetings and working sessions to collaborate with our product design, marketing, analytics, research and account teams to deliver on client outcomes.
Participating in client meetings, taking notes and supporting the presentation of our work.
Conducting research (e.
g.
market, consumer, customer development, etc.
) to inform strategy and execution of project work.
Performing detailed analysis of analytics (e.
g.
marketing, product, eCommerce data) and other types of data to identify trends and insights that matter for our clients and engagements.
Synthesizing data and findings into clear takeaways.
Delivering your findings to the internal team to guide our approach and apply to client deliverables.
Developing drafts and final deliverables (e.
g.
presentations).
Taking direction from your peers and project leads on what's needed next and taking the lead on the execution.
These skills will make you a great fit:
You enjoy being client-facing, have strong client presence and experience interfacing with client executives.
You have excellent listening skills, take great notes and are able to synthesize conversations quickly.
You are comfortable in situations where there is uncertainty.
You can operate with ambiguity and learn/adapt quickly.
You can analyze data, synthesize, and provide insights/actions from that data.

The ideal candidate will have:
2-3
years of experience in business.
Some experience in an agency/consultancy-type environment, working directly with clients.
Experience analyzing data and utilizing analytics tools (e.
g.
marketing, product, eCommerce, etc.
) to identify insights and make recommendations.
A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
A track record of striving for excellence.
