Front Desk Receptionist for Holistic Medical Clinic

Our patients are chronic, do not feel well, and often visit the clinic for intensive treatments for 1-4 months at a time.
We treat all of our patients like family members or VIPs and try to give excellent customer service.
For this reason, we bend over backward to provide outstanding customer service.
Therefore, being friendly and accommodating is a MUST.
Responsibilities:
--Schedules patients for treatments -- Answers the phone and texts sent by patients on the clinic cell phone -- Takes payment for services/products -- Follow-up with patients about completing required paperwork before appointment -- Remind patients about financial policies -- Make sure patients have completed consent forms before appointment and sent in labs or other necessary paperwork -- Send script request and refill request to medical assistant for filling -- Be able to discuss what we do at the clinic in terms of treatments/programs (after being trained).
Qualifications:
--Interest and experience with holistic medicine - -Previous experience in a similar role as a front desk receptionist -- Proficient in using computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and an EMR, experience with Power2Practice is a plus -- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written -- Ability to work a cell phone and respond to texts -- Must be friendly, easy going, and treat all patients like VIPs -- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively -- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks We offer competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth within the company.
