Responsibilities:
Handles all customer inquiries and follow up Effective presentation and negotiation skills to present our clients' Obsessed with creating great experiences for our clients Contact the client to resolve routine matters Uses established protocols for reporting client concerns and solutions as needed Understand the importance of Quality Service and how it is measured What we are looking for:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships The ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques to situations using sound business judgment Energetic, conscientious, diligent and a career oriented mindset Strong work ethic and moral compass What Amplify's team members
