Dental Receptionist / Front Desk
Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
Who We Are
Now located in Scottsdale, AZ, Brilliant Smiles Dentistry is a privately owned office looking for a full time treatment coordinator to join our growing team! After 90 days we offer paid holidays, dental discounts for treatment, and sick/pto time.
Who We're Looking For
- Preferred 1
years experience in dental or front office. - Availability between 7 AM- 5 PM Monday- Thursday, 7 AM- 2 PM Friday.
- Ability to multi-task while providing a great patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Check in/out and scheduling.
- Insurance verifications for hygiene patients.
- Customer service (answering phones, emails, and text messages).
- Creating accurate treatment estimates based off of the patient's insurance plan.
- Misc. tasks including, but not limited to, ensuring a presentable and organized office, processing patient payments, and striving to maintain a full and productive schedule.
