Job Opportunity: HVAC Service Technician
Position
Summary: You will perform residential and light-commercial HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with the company's high-quality service standards while providing the customer with a 5-star experience.
Abilities, Skills & Knowhow:
Proficiency in charging and recovering refrigerants
Proficiency in advanced refrigeration cycle diagnostics
Proficiency trouble-shooting electrical components and circuits
Proficiency in airflow and ECM motor diagnostics
Proficiency with gas heating diagnostics and repair
Proficiency with heat pumps, defrost cycle, reversing valves, and TXVs
Proficiency with ductless, two-stage, and variable capacity technology
Proficiency in brazing, pressure testing, and vacuuming
Ability to proficiently problem solve in dynamic and stressful environments
Ability to handle a physical workload in demanding environments
Ability to efficiently repair equipment in fast-paced environment
Confident social skills
Positive and enthusiastic
Required
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years previous related experience
Must maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable by the Company's insurance carrier
Must maintain the ability to pass a background check and regular drug screening
Must have an EPA Certification
