Our eCommerce Customer Support Specialist acts as a point of contact for all online customers and provides world-class customer service via email and occasionally, phone as well.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge Work with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate as needed Improve the efficiency of the customer service process - set up automation flows, help desk and new response templates Manage our review software by responding to customer feedback and improving number of customer reviews Review all new CRM software improvements and implement Update current customer service handbook when necessary Provide monthly customer service reporting Oversee/process day-to-day administrative items:
organize mail, maintain office supplies, plan team outings etc.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Typing speed 50
WPM Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems (ex:
Zendesk or Gorgias) Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
