Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Shipping Specialist who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and organized for this role.
A shipping specialist plays an important role in ensuring our warehouse's high efficiency and accuracy, helping to fulfill orders and prepare them for shipment.
What You'll Do (But Not Limited To):
Manage printing and organizing high volume orders Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations Help to efficiently carry out all product loading and unloading tasks Scan and track incoming and outgoing orders Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items Perform detailed manual inventory counts Label warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval Pick, pack, and ship goods Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations at all times What You Bring to the Table:
Experience and proficiency in ShipStation, Shopify, and ERP systems (experience with systems such as Extensiv, SAP, or Oracle is a plus).
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
