In this role you will be responsible for:
Content CreationOversee the creation of diverse content formats such as Mastermind Original courses, short videos, PDFs, and moreCollaborate with various teams to ensure content is engaging and meets the needs of our audience.Content Research and DevelopmentResearch and develop content topics that complement our existing content library and add value to our studentsFind and collaborate with content creators in the personal development space.Content Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and execute a strategic content plan for Mastermind.com, including collaborations with external expertsSecure approvals for content ideas through product and content leads.Client Journey IntegrationCreate content that lives inside the Mastermind ecosystem from top to bottom, enhancing the client journey, adoption, and retention cycles.Studio PresenceBe actively involved in the studio during filming, identifying opportunities to enhance and liven up content, brainstorming, and testing ideas on the fly.Speaker CollaborationWork with speakers, writing content, and aligning with the big picture vision to create engaging, educational, and entertaining content that teaches and inspires.Content PromotionManage the monthly production of the Mastermind.com magazine and work with cross-departmental teams to promote content effectively across the platform.Content Calendar ManagementCoordinate with the Project Manager to maintain a robust content production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of content as per the editorial calendar.Brand ConsistencyEnsure all content reflects Mastermind's brand voice, style, and guidelines across all media.The Ideal Candidate:
