MUOS Network Device Integration with Script Development

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.
S.
Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.
S.
citizenship is required.
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a member of the MUOS program team, you'll be supporting the integration of multiple network devices, Operating System configuration and patching, and troubleshooting of network issues.
Potential network devices include servers (Linux/Windows), firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
In addition, scripting (Bash/PhP/Pyton) could be part of the role as well as cyber hardening, virtualization, and Java development.

Basic understanding of Linux/Windows severs Operating Systems and patching Application installations Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues Documentation writing skills What sets you apart (desired but if you don't have it, we'll teach you):
Exposure to COTS network firewalls, switches, routers, etc.
Experience with Linux Scripting (Bash/PHP/Python) Experience with Java software development Exposure to Virtualization (Nutanix, VMWare, etc.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
