The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities - Manage and maintain the executive's Outlook Calendar - Perform general office duties such as filing, answering phones, and responding to emails - Assist in office management tasks including inventory and supply ordering - Handle phone systems and direct calls appropriately - Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries - Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and document preparation Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Excellent calendar management abilities - Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly - Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles - Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Job Type:
