Design Administrator

The Design Administrator will assist and organize the Design/Merchandising team with model homes from the planning through post-install phases.
The Design Admin will track construction status for assigned communities, track and maintain model home selections for assigned communities.
Prepare and maintain model selections/furniture/accessory list for purchasing and inventory purposes for assigned communities.
Track and process outstanding decorator selection deposits and vendor payments.
Process purchase orders and assist with the ordering process as needed.
Maintain appointment calendar with presentations, tours and installs for use by all Design/Merchandising Associates, this varies across groups and divisions.
Attend merchandising/design meetings and presentations as directed by Design/Merchandising Manager, VP or Director and provide documented minutes to Design Associates.
Maintain specification sheets for products by project when needed for outside vendors/installers (e.
g.
, wallpaper, lighting outside of our program, etc.
) this varies across group and divisions.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceSuccessful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
