- Utilize computer literacy to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, perform data entry, and operate office software and systems.
- Schedule meetings and appointments using Outlook Calendar and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming and outgoing calls, including taking messages and transferring calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing correspondence.
- Serve as a clerk, handling tasks such as data collection, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Utilize proofreading skills to review documents, reports, and other written materials for errors and inaccuracies.
- Plan and coordinate events, including scheduling meetings, arranging logistics, and preparing materials.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an office management capacity.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook Calendar.
- Experience with phone systems and the ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to proofread documents and reports for errors and inaccuracies.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
