The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling a high volume of customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities - Answer and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
- Process and schedule customer work orders, including data entry.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to customers regarding there service calls.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on changes and updates to ensure the best possible service to our customers.
- Identify and escalate any issues that require further attention, working to resolve problems and improve the overall customer experience.
Skills - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- The ability to understand and read maps, for scheduling our service calls.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot issues.
- Proficiency with data entry.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience or education in customer service, logistics, or a related field preferred.
