Peoplesoft HCM Functional Analyst - Scottsdale, AZ
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics:
Knowledge of PS HCM 9.2 modules functionality and architecture. Knowledge of PeopleSoft general architecture, development environment, tools and capabilities. Knowledge of business system modeling and requirements gathering techniques. Knowledge of Core HR functionality, including Fluid ESS, MSS. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM data and data flows. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Security. Knowledge of Gideon Taylor eForms Framework (optional). Knowledge of the technical documentation process. Knowledge of both Manual and Automated Testing. Knowledge of structured test methods and processes. Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley and/or SAS Controls. Knowledge of project management processes, procedures and techniques including scoping, design, implementation planning and documentation. Knowledge of process reengineering and improvement techniques. Knowledge of PS reporting tools. Knowledge of ServiceNow Application (optional). Skill performing user needs assessment and evaluation. Skill conducting User Acceptance testing. Skill eliciting requirements from customers and end-users. Skill communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization. Skill conducting end-user training Ability to develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships at all levels within the department and Community. Ability to identify long-term impact of recommended configurations and customizations in a PeopleSoft environment. Ability to use Microsoft Office suite. Ability to use Microsoft Visio. Ability to use Microsoft Teams Ability to use SharePoint (Cloud SharePoint). Ability to use ServiceNow application. Ability to work independently and make good judgment regarding project issues. Ability to work effectively in a teamwork environment. Ability to organize consultant tools and materials. Ability to conduct independent research. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
